Well, nothing, here we are waiting for you to deign to give a simple answer …
Because of the two requests I made:
1. Finland is in both group 2 and 3 ?????
2.- To Spain, all the others image hosts put it together logically with the rest of the European countries: IMAGETWIST, IMGROCK, IMGSPICE, IMGTAXI, etc etc
But anyway, I do not insist or bother anymore

Old Tier 1 : $10.00 → New Tier 1 : $10.20
Old Tier 2 : $2.10 → New Tier 2 : $2.20
Old Tier 3 : $0.90 → New Tier 3 : $1.10
Old Tier 4 : $0.30 → New Tier 4 : $0.40

Note :

trust me , i never want your bad.. i like your site
but imgbaron dont count good like before
i dont know why ; bugs ,popups or similar ....
please fix it
trust me there is some problem on counting

Yes, we see that your statistics are dead.
But this is only happening to you.
We have 200 registered members and we have no such complaint.
Maybe somebody is not happy with earning but there are no dead statistics.
All our tests show that the script works normally.
Please check your traffic sources.
Of course, we want you to be satisfied, we do not want you to leave us. But we do not see the problem with our side.

Hmm weird..
if its only to me, i am sorrry i dont complain anymore
i will tell you how
for example , 1 day i just share picbaron images, and i earn 0.45$ daily
then i share with only imgbaron then i earn 0.10$ or less..
anyway i will use only picbaron now
nevermind
