1. We counted views depend on IP.
2. IP is counted once per 24 hours.

I knw it is counted on Per Ip Basis i tried using some of the Porxy Server to Check that out .... It came out as imgbar system counts 1 views from per 3 ips ... TO Clear My Doubt i will check the Check img next day From my ip.... I will be Appreciated if u take a Look at this problem.
