image set import problem

when i import a image set in IPB .. it creates the folder .. but the folder remains empty any .. idea what is wrong.... waiting for reply...

Check if the safe mode are on or not
go to SUPPORT --> Diagnostics --> System Overview.


and make sure permissions set right from same area of system overview -->
File Permissions Checker

If safe mode is on, go to
TOOLS & SETTINGS --> General Configuration --> Use Safe Mode Skins? --> set it to yes --> after that rebuild all your skins cache

See if upload directory set right in --> Path to 'upload' directory

Also try to upload the image set to root directory and import it instead of doing it from you pc by entering the name of image set in :
OR enter the filename of the XML Template Set

Hope all above resolve your problem.

thanks bro.. did what u said.. but still same.. it creates the folder but it remain empty.
