Hi!
I'm new to VPS. I'm looking for a VPS. I will mainly use it for torrent, downloading and seeding. Specs I'm looking for:

Linux VPS
RAM 2GB
HDD 500GB+
Bandwidth 5TB+ or unlimited
100Mbps port

My budget is $20 max. Could you guy recommend me a trusted VPS provider?

I would suggest you raise your budget for 500GB HDD and 2GB of ram or you are going to pay for oversold resources.
