Guys iflames scam me i paid the money of VPS he didn't activate it and haven't give me my money Back as he said he will give me soon was waiting it from 3 days

I agree its not your mistake. I mailed paypal, i got lame excuses from them as usual.
I told you to start a dispute, but you are so stupid that you wanted the money back from me (yeah thats what you said you jackass). Now anyone with an IQ of more then 2 would understand that you are not able to send money while your account is limited.
Congrats, YOU ARE DUMBER THAN THE DUMBEST.

Why start a dispute?
PayPal would only let me refund your money if you start a dispute.

iFlame is correct. I recently also got limited access on my account.

I asked someone to submit a dispute, and they did, and I tried to click "Issue a full refund", and it wouldn't let me. It says that you cannot while your account is limited access.

Thing is my account has 3000$ on it.

neither you will get the money

@Division I believe your thread should be renamed if you would've taken the time to do a small research on wjunction you can see Iflames posted a thread trying to get suggestion on howto get his PayPal account fixed so it wouldn't be limited access I've posted link to thread below.
