New rates updated guys.. Please update us if there is any suggestions for change in country tier.

Tier 1 = $40
Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, United States

Tier 2 = $30
Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Norway, Spain, Switzerland

Tier 3 = $15
Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa

Tier 4 = $8
Rest of world.

For some users, the balance got lowered, due to the system kept that, when files deleted, balance earned from files gets deleted too. We dont know if other hosts does it or not, but were in impression that all other hosts does it. Anyhow, we would like other users feedback, major votes will counted and will change system accordingly.

I created an Account yesterday on IDTBOX and I would like to inform some situations that I came across on the platform.
I think some functions of the IDTBOX.COM site are not working correctly.
For example, in the "My Account" > "Profile Setting" I can not change the information in the "About User" field because it does not have a save button to change the new information I puted in.
Yesterday there was able to send the profile photo and the channel cover, but today this function does not appear ... So, I can not change the layout of my channel.
And finally, yesterday I had the vision of a field where I put the payment method and today it does not appear anymore and I was forget... there is a "Security Lock Status" field that is set like "ON" and a button "Click here Disable" that doesn't work too.

Hi Nareta, thank you for feedback, sure we will look into it, and see if there is an issue.

Does other users faced this issue in their profile? Please do check and update as well.

BTW Nareta, once the security is on in your account you click on disable security and then you should have receive an email with link, then only it will unlock.

Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Will check and update for rest of settings.

About security button, I already clicked on "disable security" but nothing happened... I had the same problem with activation email when I created my account. I never received it (and yes, I checked on spam folder). It was someone on support who activated the account for me.

Please try again now, once you click on "Disable security" you will get email with security code link, then only your account will be unlock.

Hey guys few thing wanna ask and inform to all users, from last 2 days there have been decrease in views, so that is not we have changed anything, but actually we have removed few ads even after users have complained. but we checked and found today also traffic itself is low. So users who are concerned about lower views, it also depends on sites where you add your links. so we havent made any change that makes your earning low.

We count videos after 10% of watch. and rates been same, you can check individually. not changed anything in that as well.

One more thing, About AD block, currently we have set, force users to off their AD Block. Now we need feedback on that as well to keep force adblock ON or off. keeping it OFF will definitely reduce counting of views. compare with your 1 week earlier results.
