better use collectors for uploading purpose
or try not to download with the premium from other servers to which you are uploading

send one more mail to rs that your point has been lost,looks like guy redeemed the points and moved the files before rs changing the password
 
Did you activate the lock? I guess not .... If not, then the only one to blame is yourself. Rapidshare doesn't provide these security features for nothing.

Also you should be thankful to RS that they protected your account by changing the password. And not deleting the account because they are pretty sure that you didn't upload these files yourself.
 
How is it their fault that this happened to you or that you uploaded illegal files? They gave your account back. You should be thanking them
 
lol guys go easy on the poor guy. it's not end of the world, check out comments in thread, SaBteCh and be sure to not repeat same mistakes.

Just to highlight what's been said before my post:

- use collector account for uploading
- if using premium to upload be sure to activate security lock beforehand
- don't download with same premium account you upload stuff to
- always be sure to double check if you are actually downloading from rapidshare,
and not from some phsiher
- downloaded from trusted & verified uploaders only
- be sure to always scan your pc for unwanted visitors (trojans, viruses, stealers n shit)

I know it's noobish but maybe someone should make a thread bout this stuff and sticky it. Although that said, u don't have anything to do here in the first place if things like that happen to you ;)
 
lol Rs can close any premium ac .
they closed my rs ac recently
Reason I found : Illegal Stuff

All my files got deleted & account too
When I try to contact them , they didnot give me a even of single reply
So I also Kicked Rs & Now I m using Hf & Other Gud filehosting.
I Lost over 20k Premium points in My Rs Premium account :(
 
Security Lock doesn't really help but whatever, it's good to have it activated.
Another security point:
- Email Pass <> RS acc Pass <> @hotmail.com (I know what I am talking about ;))

EDIT: Try to be a less no0b and don't blame RS. I am pretty sure you know about phishers and stealers, use your brain.
