I agree with the above posts. This looks like a custom to. For what reason IDK. So many free and reliable forums scripts out there.

I would recommend PHP, MyBB, or Vanilla Forums Open Source if your looking for a free forum solution.

Yup and it was developed using CGI ( same old shit being used by xFilesharing script ), I remember using that forum in 2000

I don't recommend using it, it can have a lot of security issues, and its really simple to develop such script using any modern web languages specially PHP which has a lot of ready made frameworks.

I am just out of curiosity, why do you want to use that script only as many board script available out there and are way easy to get customized.
