I just wanted to know where better to buy servers.
and which kind of servers, HW, bandwight, NET Speed.

How many servers i need for start?

Depends on your business plan. But if you are starting with such a general question, I assume you don't have a business plan and I would not recommend you to start at all :facepalm:
If you don't have at least 100k for investment, it will be hard anyway even with a good business plan...
 
You have to buy from a datacentre dude, and u have to have lots of servers with a dedicated affiliate program. Server maintenance people ready to fix downtimes, many cases are there. I suggest u do lots and lots of research before doing it.
 
Yes, creating a file host service takes a lot of time and money. Aside the TI issues, you will need a legal team to solve problems with copyrighted files.

Yeah, please check their offer again. 10Gbit/s connection is impossible at Leaseweb unless you pay €5k+ just for the connection. And you will not get any server for €200 with 24TB of storage :facepalm:
