Buying I need a logo

I need a banner done for my website. What I need is a cartoon Jesus kicking a cartoon Guy off a cloud written in above the cloud I need stay off my cloud. I would like it to be fairly cartoony. I am Williang to pay 10 dollars via PayPal. If you can do it in a couple different banner sizes ranging around 400*100 to 600*200 that would be great. If you need a better picture of what I want I can send a crude drawing of it.

Depending on the amount of work and quality price may be negotiable.

If your looking for drawn logo, not traced image nor stock vectors, just work from 0. The price for professional design your talking about is about ~250$

It doesn't have to be super custom if someone uses cartoon pics that are just stock photos I'm happy with that. Also, like I said price is negotiable so if I have to pay more for more work. I'm not against it.

I mean worst comes up I wouldn't complain about a temporary logo of just stay off my cloud in cloud like letters set to a sky background.
