i dont understand ranking google ( wp blog )

hello i have a download blog and i have the following problem .

Google ranking my pages in 3-4days but i want to rank my post url not my url page

Example :

mysite.com/page/5/ ranked


I want to be ranked my url post not my page :

mysite.com/googleitsagoodwebsite/


Somebody can help me , i can pay also ...

I think Some Plugin Problems , otherwise add sitemap for your Website.
