Yes, I can't assure but Cyberhack and Elementsnake are two different ppl. I can easily find out Cyberhack with him stupid accent which Elementsnake doesn't have. So yeah, they are two different people. They can have each others passes but they are totally different

You should not allow others to use your account for this very reason. And letting someone using it that is banned here before is not very wise.
