But we're trying to offer the most possible prices for served countries to let our partners (uploaders) make good revenue from these countries.
And all countries can enjoy free space, extremely high upload/download speed, lifetime storage, clear design and ease of use.

Well, i've just got a confirmation to activate Tier-D for a period of time as a test and then we'll decide to keep it or not.

The servants most well-known and used like:
Uploaded,oboom,freakshare,bitshare,rapidgator,hulkfile, etc etc etc ..
they do not work with paypal.

Unfortunately, this is not possible to upgrade for free.
We was trying to explain this, the whole industry is refused by PayPal currently.

Explain it better, or at least let us know more details, do you count 2 DLs from TIER A countries?? How about premium downloads? Only count clickable links like DepositFiles or also No referer downloads from JDownloader/Mipony software?
Do you have voucher system to generate premium accounts on PPS business??
