as its says, your browser dont accept the server ssl certificate because its seems not be valid. but without the domain nobody can check your used certificate to say more...

I try to upload from a known site and it gives me this error...thanks...

If the certificate is not valid create a new one using Letsencrypt. It's a free SSL certificate provider. Ofcourse you should know how to install the certificate manually.
