httpd aka apache & lighttpd, mod_php_ruid2

I'm on my own VPS, I installed Centos & all stuffz...

this is my question,

httpd recogonize mod_php_ruid2... googled a lot, I need mod_php_ruid2 on lighttpd or any other alternatives for it.

mod_php_ruid2 is best for setting permission & for best security around ?
