HTML/CSS Coding Service!

Hey guys, Im relatively new here and I would like to offer a coding service to build up a portfolio/practice.

Until i have a decent portfolio I will offer 15 bucks for fist page and 5 dollars per additional page!

I have no problem installing and editing jquery and java script code.

I can do graphics as well, but that will be an additional fee!

I do paypal only and deal in USD.

not currently (cant pm you because of newby status)

but since you're a super mod I can do the first page before payment.

If you have a design already I can code it for you. If not you can give me some references and i can do GFX myself.

I wont have any problems doing what ever you like untill we get into PHP.
but even then I can figure it out with time.

Ive gone to school for web development for two years. never took the php course.

And on topic, i'd love to have a look at your skills/works. I just don't have a complete PSD atm, will get it done prolly in a few hours or a couple of days maybe.
PHP is no issue atm, as long as the HTML/CSS is w3c valid.
