No permanent waterwarks on any of our uploads.
We use muxed subtitles that can be easily turned off :)

Everybody has to start somewhere mate. When the 300mb United team started, they had poor reputation due to churning to low quality rips and nobody could care less about them.

Its all about persistence. Its easy to give up after uploading some encodes for a few months but those that stick around eventually become popular.

House Seasons 1-5 on DVD
24 Seasons 1-7 on DVD
Fringe Season 1 on BluRay (Kinda lost it lol)
Bones Season 1-2 on DVD
SouthPark Season 7 on DVD
Various movies on both BluRay and DVD
 
I have always been encoding! but didnt really did much of a uploading, takes too much time! but now.. i have a RDP so i probably can help..

I am probably online like 15 hours a day! so yeah i will really like to be on the team...

and my current - account @wbb is "ENC0DE" i made that account only for the purpose of encoding! but never really got into the mood, :\

I always used to upload music only, thought of starting a team! but mehh too much requesting ans stuff, so i let it go.. :\

we need movie encoder and not any others ....

thankyou for your concern but we currently not in need of music video encoders and also you are already banned on WBB where we are going to post most of our encodes
 
I always did movie encodes only, and fyi i never said i was going to do music video's

Gr8, and don't worry we'll help you in encoding but you should be really in it for the long term. We don't want people to join just to get a taste...hope you understand that.
