How to verify Alertpay account?

Well,

I' want to verify my alertpay account and I cannot find any proper way to do.

Phone Validation (mobile phones only) could not be completed.

Credit Card: Not available

Wire: I tried but failed.


So I created ticket, they asked to provide personal identification.

I submitted PAN, Passport and Telephone bill scanned copies.

STILL NO FUCKING VERIFIED.

Now they are not even replying to mail or support ticket.

Why is Alert pay even here? For advertising or to provide support.

and AP, for FFS fix all your verification process.


Anybody have any idea how to verify?

Help will be appreciated.

With me, I phone validated my account 6 years back when they came up for the first time. I hope I got the number of years right

Then completed it when I submitted documents for my Alertpay Prepaid Card.

Be nice with them, should be easier for you

And cheque option doesn't work either.

I know its two way, just trying to know what is wrong with phone validation? Also, wire one should work fine too, have you provided the correct details for wire?

Phone + Wire is the best combo right now for validation.

try sms = phone validation
you receive a code and put it on alertpay then you can valid your account

i used have a verified account on my sisters name, I registered last year and got that account verified using credit card.

but now we dont have any option other than providing ID proofs to them. hopefully we will get back credit card activation very soon.

AlertPay hasn't been able to get a merchant account for months at least already.
