how to uninstall clamav scanner centos

its taking about 168 ram and its not runnign properly i want to uninstall it anyone idea how to o that via using putty?

building from source, yum repo, cpanel.

Like said above, let us know how you installed it. If you installed it via cPanel it is fairly easy to uninstall.
