No, if you tranferring from godaddy to name, then u need to pay name only. And after you just do the payment you will get mail from name in which u have the click on their link to verify the transfer. And make sure ur domain is not whois protected. After sending the confirmation to name, you need to go to godaddy page and there you need to accept the transfer request. lot of hassles involve to get the shit out of godaddy :D
