How To Transfer Accounts?

Hello Friends,

Well, recently I had a reseller at somewhere and had 50-70 sites hosted on that reseller account. Last night I just purchased my first dedicated server and had WHM installed on that.

Now, I want to transfer all my reseller account to my new dedicated server. I had tried the option/feature that is available in WHM but that doesn't work for me.

So, please guide me.

Well that is not working about it? What error are you getting?

You won't be able to migrate all the accounts at once unless you have root access on the source server, in your case you don't. You can migrate one account at a time. Use "Copy an account from another server with account password" you can use the password of your reseller account if you don't have respective account passwords.

You need to transfer one by one manually as you are not having any root permissions in the current host. I think you can ask the new host support for help regarding this.

what error or problem you're having while transferring from transfer tool ?
