how to stop bot posting

Hello Friendz,
I want to stop bot posting on my vb forum, but dont know how to do. I will be very thankful if someone help me.

go to admincp panel

Vbulletin Option > human verification Manager >> Choose Question and answer >> save it >> next make question and the answer

Configure Your usergroup permission or u can use Forum base permission plugin

example usergroup newbie post under 10 post make it enable human verification
after their reach 10 post then auto change usergroup to member then set permission human verification disable

make quetion more than 10 question, this will be good becouse will be showing many random question

this will be help to stoped

moderate first 2 or 3 posts by creating new user group , so you can even ban the ip of bots

or install stopforumspam plugin

You can also make / edit robots.txt to remove any robots from your site and allow Google, Yahoo, and other indexing bots that don't post. Also, allow Alexa to get a semi-real traffic rank for your website.
