how to restore wp_usermeta database

Somebody please help me. my WP blog got hacked somehow. Hacker delete data only from wp_usermeta.

So I lost admin permission from my admin's ID. I have very old database backups. But I only want to restore wp_usermeta database.

Somebody please help me how can I restore it?

Use PHPMYAdmin from cPanel, and import only that table.

Creat a new database, import the old one and than export only the "wp_usermeta" table.

Go to your current database, clear the table "wp_usermeta" and import the exported table

You need to keep the code, themes and plugins updated. Being the expert that I am, I know there is no better security than a fresh backup!
