How To Resolve your negative balance - Paypal ?

Hi i am from india i withdraw 38$ on 19 Aug 2012 from paypal to my bank account as like before i do. On 21 Aug 2012 PayPal balance: - $38.14 USD -Resolve your negative balance
pls help me to slove the problem

Call paypal to find out why it went in the negative. Xfer money from your bank to your paypal if you want to keep it and not become limited i suggest solving the issue as quickly as possible.

Just get some money in your paypal and it will get out of negative status. Chances are you lost a dispute or someone used a stolen CC to send you $$

If you transferred money out of your PayPal account to your bank account before PayPal reversed the payment then you may be left with a negative balance.

If this was a payment for a purchase of goods or services, you should contact the sender and have him or her resend the payment

And only way to solve this

contact paypal (weather the payment is reversed if yes ask the sender)
contact the person who send you the money

or add money to your paypal account by using credit card/check

for check transcations
