Get as much link backs as you can to your site with that term as title.
You need the sites that you link from to be related to what your site is doing.. example: you can't link from a monster truck site to your link shortener service site.
You need to upgrade you site speed a lot in order to rank higher, I will count a few ways to do that:
Enable Gzip compression, minify your HTML and CSS, get a faster server, make your images more optimized.
