get a gum pack and when ever you want to smoke just eat the gum.
It's a good idea that you want to stop smoking.
smoking one time decreasis 12 min of your life

did you smoke after 3 days again then? well then wait 4 days for smoke again....you can do it easily...this is what i did :) it's worked

lehoangson,

I can suggest looking into purchasing en e-Cigarette.

Though in theory this is not quitting it is however much safer and still gives you the feeling
of smoking which helps with the mental strains of quitting and can also provide the
nicotine which your body is craving if you choose to.

Since the product can be used with or without nicotine then you're able to ween
yourself of the drug that your body is so addicted to when and how you chose.

I'll see if I can get a guy to come in here and let you know his experience with e-Cigarette

Good luck lehoangson. I truly mean that, I was a 2 pack a day smoker for more than 10 years.
Now I am FREE of that shit and I can tell you, I feel so much better for it!

For 20 years I was a hard-core smoker. Was smoking between 30-40 cigarettes a day, strong ones.
3 days ago, I got my e-cigarette, and decided to quit smoking gradually.

In last 2 days, I smoked 3 cigarettes only, which is minimum 57 cigs less than regular :) , using only e-cig, strong will, lots of fluid.
And I don't even need real cigarette for 1st morning coffee.
I am dropping even e-cig. I just take 1-2 puffs, occasionally, because of habit, to have smoke around my head.
First positive symptoms are, I feel my lounges getting more oxygen.

All those pills and stuff you see on TV may not be fake but why waste money? It's all in your mind.

My mother used to smoke for 20 years straight and one day she simply quit. Just like that. No "I'm going to cut week after week", it doesn't work like that.

You either stop smoking or you don't.

its all about your will power

for instance, i was smoker for about 1 year and one day i just felt that its lame and i wanted to stop!

i left smoking.. broke up and ditched my smoker friends for about a month! never met them, even if i did.. i never smoked and controlled myself.

i'm now 1 year sober.. have never smoked and never will again.

Just like that, so its all about your WILL power and nothing else if you ask me.
