How to make my post attractive/popular?

I've got a question how to make my post popular and how to get premium sales I registed in PornBB and forumoohilia and I use oron to share my files so my problem is how to get premium sales from oron I've got many post but nobody want to buy premium so what should I do?

Just one tip:

Do not fill your topics with a bunch of unnecessary images as shown above.
Slows down page load time and is an eyesore with all those large images just appearing.....
