How to install Rapidleech script to windows 2008 vps?

i've installed wamp, copied files to www folder in wamp, and then how can i install script? Do i need domain, can't i use my vps ip? i'm not familiar with this

i have installed xamp and copied all the files to htdocs and the script is opening but its not downloading just a blank page

Hmm its been awhile since I used xamp... usually there's a link at the taskbar if the apache server is running...

use appserv. Easy and quick to install. It doesnt consume much ram/cpu. Just upload your files to the www folder, apply the file permissions and youre done !

After installing xampp you have to start mysql and apache service. You can do it by :
start menu->apache friends ->xampp control panel.

Copy paste all your RL folder (which contains all subfolder and files.) to C:\xampp\htdocs


Then browse http:localhost/yourRL_foldername.

* localhost might be your vps ip....
