How to install mbstring in CentOS?

Anyone having an idea how to install mbstring in CentOS 6.2 ?

yum install php-mbstring

As suggested by Gavo, you can install it using yum on a server without control panel. With cPanel installed, install it with easyapache. With Plesk control panel it will work with yum too.

If you're using cPanel you can re-run easy apache setup and select it under exhaustive options.
