How to install APF

Hello. I have looked all around and found many different methods but they all said VPS and cPanel etc.

I am running linux dedicated Intel Xeon Quad Core server.

I am wanting to install APF via ssh or via Plesk.

Plesk is the only Panel I have running.

What is the easiest way for to me install APF firewall?

I want to know how to install and configure it so it does not keep or bring my site down.
