How To Get VISA Debit / GIft Card ?

Hey WJ members ! i'd like to know how to get "International" Visa Debit or Gift Card (that can be loaded) !

i mean a company like Payoneer who provides Visa Cards

Both of Them provide only MasterCard

I need VISA Card

but they will ask for id proof etc . once you are verified then they wont ask for anything.

from Entropay you can import money from debit card to their VCC ( Visa )
then you can use it anywhere.

Whats wrong with getting a VISA CC from your bank ?? [hmmm]

it cost too mush here -_- , you need to have at least 100 € on your account to be able to get one , & you don't have the right to touch that 100 € -__-

that's why i need an International company Like Payoneer , that provide Visa Card
