How To Fix This Error In UserCP ?

Hello Friends,

I am using VB 4.1.2. I upgraded this from VB 3.8.x. The script is working fine except from the UserCP area. In UserCP all the options are working fine except for the General Settings. When General Settings are viewed it shows the following errors:

Please, help me and tell me how I can fix this error.
