you can edit it on your theme, check the theme CSS style, initially make sure to conclude backup of site and then download your css style file and then do experiment on it.

for changing name of "Read More to Download" simply go to edit template section of wordpress or editor thr will be file seems functions open it and press Ctrl+F type read more and hit enter, you will be found read more tag just simply change it to Download and then save it!

any code to open the post instead of the image itself?

so simply insert post link as i mention above quote...

now for readmore issue, do follow same procedure but now open template file and do repeat same as i mentioned above post...and then let me know :)
 
There r several similar plugins which automatically reduce server loadS, one ov thm name clear cache, super fast and try to carry out optimize your db tables once in a week.
And disable useleSs plugins

at the moment i use hyper cash plugin
is it good?
and another small thing
if i want to do like

i mean i only put the image , it appears in the home page as a post and when click on it , it directly goes to the post
what code will i use
