how to do a warez blog and not get caught?

Hi to all, i read a long time ago that warez sites/blogs are hosted outside the US in countries like Sweden, China or Netherlands and because of this they are safe from getting caught. Also the download links are redirecting to another hosts like Rapidgator etc. This was a few years ago when i read it, but is this still true? I mean the laws change every year and maybe its another situation now. Are those countries still safe for hosting warez?

I normally asked a question how to not get caught by doing warez, nothing else, if you have problems with this dont reply to it, its simple.

Yes, these countries are safe. You have to remove the content for which you get DMCA. If you remove then everything is right otherwise your hosting may got suspended.
