How to disable auto flash player display?

i have installed latest wordpress yesterday. but when i posting .mp4 links output showing auto flash video player. is there anyway to disable it? i have posted oboom link i.e. https://oboom.com/iidmeid/abc.mp4 here is the post output showing:

just post them in a href like below:

i got same problem, but i dont want to edit it every single link manually. is there any way to solve this problem??

Open : wp-includes/media.php
Find : function wp_get_video_extensions()
Delete : mp4', 'm4v', 'webm', 'ogv', 'wmv', 'flv' ,
Example :
function wp_get_video_extensions() {
/**
* Filter the list of supported video formats.
*

*
* @param array $extensions An array of support video formats. Defaults are
* 'mp4', 'm4v', 'webm', 'ogv', 'wmv', 'flv'.
