can somebody tells me how to word like this by any online tool..

I think that was done using c++ or a programming or maybe notepad. Not sure though. lol

It called ASCCII, so you can type on google TEXT to ASCCII or IMAGE TO ASCCII
It used mostly on .nfo files from groups releases.
