How to create nameservers.

I mean to say if I have to give label/brand what I can do to point nameserver of other hosting provider to mine own domain name.

eg. suppose ns1.host.com
to ns1.minehost.com

I hope you are talking about private nameservers, if yes please do the following steps.
1. Create A record for ns1.host.com and ns2.host.com
2. You have to register your nameservers at your registrar end. ( The procedure of nameserver registration depends on the registrar )
3. Then update the nameservers of your domain name.

If you want to create your own nameserver like ns1.yourdomain.com, then do this

Go to your domain control panel> register/private nameserver> create your own nameserver and put hosting provider ip in the Ip field.
