how to create forums

But in my vbulletin index:

all Forums are displayed UNDER one main forums..
I want each and every forum displayed in different boxes like wjunction below: (wjunction hosting discussion in box, community focus in another box)
and also HOW to create Sub-forums LINKS on main page

Use add Child Forum where "Edit Forum" is there

child forum (will create a sub forum ) BUT dont list on index page..
It will be seen only after entering that category

to create subforum is easy.. create new forum in acp.. set whichever existing forum you want as parent and display order... done

In social engine category I created sub forum "social engine plugins"
I want this listed like subforum in wjunction..
or atleast how to remove from main page?? its present inside main category and also on index page.
