How to copy complete website design and layout to create own website?

first of all i suggest that do not copy any other website theme because of as unique as your website design you will get more visitors and leads for business.

And if you have no any way then just you have to developed it by any developer or designer because question is over there, how would you copy the script of templates of other website?

Because of HTML code is appear when you press CTRL+U.
