I need informations for start hosting

How to configure dedicated for vps?

Example i buy 1 dedicated server from leaseweb. How i can install vps from dedicated? I need install web hosting control panel? (CPanel , Direct admin?).

After i can make my own packages? (Set resources limits ram,cpu,space,bandwith?)

Other question:
For example i buy leaseweb dedicated, and i want sell vps with dedicated ip, but they only have otion buy 3 ips how i can buy more? And after i need add from direct admin one ip for each domain?

Look like you intend to start hosting business, i think you have to learn how to manage a dedicated server, and more than that anti DDOS. My advice hire a pro to do that.
