My vps using Centos, I need your help to create the image VPS(a) to clone for VPS(b).

step by step is necessary.

If it's OpenVZ, you can compress the vps, usually it's located in /vz, and choose the vpsid from there, run # tar czfv image.tar.gz vpsid

And transfer it to the new other vps node, extract it

First of all we need to know if you are the owner of the node that hosts the vps?
if you are the owner then the easiest part is to just "copy" it (steps are different depending on virtualization type).
if you only own the vps, there is a way to use dd and copy the content of the vps that way. I can't remember where I read that tutorial but a quick search on google should probably find it.
