How to cancel filesonic premium account?

I'm also truely dissapointed in FileSonic, I had a premium account on my Gbit VPS (Dellas, TX) , and I got something around 1~3Mbit/s. Even MU was faster ! :O

You're not alone. It's truly amazing that with a filesonic premium account I can't download above 50 kb/s! I'm in southern europe, I have great download speeds in another hosters (above 1.5/2Mbit/s) and with filesonic I'm back to dial-up era. And this has been like this for weeks now. And when I posted the problem to Hish from FS support the answer was this: :whistle:

Somehow, it didn't surprise me.

The important thing is to answer those who fill FSC bank account(s).

Its working fine for me.

If u are having a server from Nl so u must getting slow damn speed from every file host .

Nl having some issue with speed for last 4+ days.

As far as speed issue I m getting good speed from Fso and It support Resume facility in IDM and IDA both

Well I have hotfile premium for more than 6 months and it works great, last week I got premium for filesonic I had trouble finding working links for hotfile and it seems like everything is on filesonic now so i got 6 months filesonic premium BIG MISTAKE and the speed sucks so I made dispute and it looks like my premium account has been blocked I cant download using "premium" and still didnt get my money back

Filesonic has the worst speed. I stopped promoting them now, I got only hate comments on my blogs, people complaining premium sucks etc. I myself also get around 30KB/s download speed (and 4000KB/s upload speed)

Seems they care more about uploaders than actual customers..

Yeah i have experienced low speed like 400kb/s with them, but when i tested yesterday it was giving me like 2~3 mb/s which is pretty much slow compared to other filehosts. I guess they got too many uploaders coz of the offers they are giving out. Due to this the load on servers is more & the speed is going down. Hope they get some good servers & good connectivity to speed up the downloads.
