How to buy a domain name using Webmoney or Alertpay

Guys, i have reached the minimum payout of hotfile that is $15 and also the adf.ly that is $5. Now i was thinking of buying a domain using this money. I found that hotfile pay the money through Paypal,Alertpay and webmoney and adf.ly through paypal and alertpay only...
I have already tried paypal once to buy the domain but it keeps asking for credit card number and other essentials to buy the domain. I am under 18 therefore i don't have any credit card with me.
Now only Alertpay and webmoney is left. So first of all i want to ask that can i buy a domain using an unverified alertpay account. I already have an unverified alertpay account and if it is possible to buy the domain with it then please let me know and if it is not possible then..
Can i buy a domain using Webmoney. I am not familiar with this payment method, therefore i was thinking to ask from you all...
I have already made an account on it, I don't know whether it is a Webmoney keeper classic account or some other. Little i know is that when i was signing up at that time it asked for my mobile number and when i gave my real mobile number then it sent a verification code on my mobile and after entering it on the sign up page, my webmoney account was created..
So now i want to ask that is it a verified account or an unverified account ?
and what are the limits for it and will i be able to buy a domain through it, if transfer money from hotfile into it ?
Please answer my all the above queries, i will be really thankful to you all.

WebMoney Domain Name Registration:
You can register domain name using your WebMoney funds with LovingDomains. In your Control Panel go to My Billing -> Add Funds. There you would be presented with various methods available to Add Funds to your Account with LovingDomains. You can choose "Option 1 :: Liberty Reserve | Pecunix | WebMoney" from the drop down list and Add Funds to your Account.
 
Do i have to give my credit card, Bank account, or some other personal information while adding funds ??
Actually i am asking this because right now i have not transferred money from hotfile to webmoney. I just want to make sure that i will be able to buy the domain using webmoney before i transfer money from hotfile to webmoney
And have you tried this method before ??

Anyway do you have any idea of any site through which can buy a domain from unverified Alertpay or webmoney account... :)
 
I know these sites but i want to ask that do they acept payments from unverified alertpay or webmoney accounts or not. I have already tried these sites with unverified paypal but they keep asking for credit card number. So if anyone has used these sites personally and know whether they accept payments from unverified accounts then please let me know...

I am not understanding you. Why don't you try it yourself ?
 
The reason is that i have money in my hotfile account and i just want to make sure that they accept payments from unverified accounts before i transfer the money because i don't want my money to go in waste, if they couldn't accept the payment from unverified accounts..

Alertpay is more popular than webmoney. So, you can withdraw to alertpay.
You need to withdraw money to your alertpay in any case. The filehost won't pay you by Paypal if you don't withdraw.
 
I understand and nobody read first. He wants to know if there are a hosting with dominio but first He needs to know a page that accept to buy a web page without credit card and only with paypal or alertpay or webmoney before he withdraw the money in hotfile because depend of the web the payment method and if the webpage that sell the service say: I want the money from paypal and they withdraw the money to alertpay...¿How can he pay the money with paypak if he has the money in alertpay?....

Now is interesting the topic. I want to know the same thing. Where can I found service of hosting and dominio and accept paypal or alertpay without verification??..I mean pay and that's it but without verification of my account....:)
 
But i have heard any times that http://www.xtraorbit.com/ had blocked many domain which are not following their terms and regulations. :facepalm:
I am thinking of hosting site which provides full version pc games to the users, is it safe to buy the domain from xtraorbit :)
And what kindaa sites do they block and will they block my site if i buy the domain from them ? :(
