After publishing an article on your website, go to Google search console and submit the link too. Your page will get index faster.

After your article is being posted in Google visit the search console and submit your link also to be on the instant search. this depends from how big is your site. You can manually add your pages to google search console but this doesn't mean that automatically they will appears "immediately" on google.
Once your site starts to grow up and has a decent traffic, google will add you pages sooner.
There must be a kind of sites hierarchy
