How to be a youtube partner?(for gamers)

Hello, i want to start a youtube partner but i don't what i need to be accepted.I will make 720p and 1080p gameplays for newest games released.Thank you!

well, i am a youtube partner and i have got 1200 subs and over 150k views.
I had about 700 subs when i got partner, what you need is a certain amount of views per month, get that and boom.. you will get partner, do commentaries over your gameplays, makes you have more of a chance of people being interested in your channel

Then you must have tons of views of your channel.
Then upload HQ videos and then apply for partnership.
