How people sell youtube views?

I want to know how people sell youtube views/likes/subscribers like what they do from where they get views someone told me they redirect mobile users or something else but i want to know exact thing how do they work ? i tried many apps with different kind of proxies but all wasn't good enough. Can somebody tell me whole procedure ?

I'm not sure but they might well be using free sites like view2.be, vagex and the like.

They are usually people with large websites that introduce ad type stuff and make the user view or subscribe before they can view a page or download a file.

No not bots.. these are scripts..! I don't know much about these scripts.. but i know many resellers..!
