How Often Do You Download Torrents?

Don't use torrents, could any of you suggest me why I should use torrents rather than file host ?

Private trackers are fast,reliable,etc

I tried using it once, then my ISP got a notice that i was sharing some game i never heard of, So i stuck with NGs and file hosts..
Torrents are way too slow for me anyway.
