you can start a file host on $200 per month

but prepare to be out of pocket for the first six months, it takes money to get started, if you can keep it up you can make some big bucks.
 
U dont need More Money. Just Start with 20 Usd And Then Advertise Here Like All are Doing.Uploader will Start Using U. From Uplaoder Money U can Expand your Business Easily and When Your Bag is Full Of Dollar, U can Vanish Easily Too Like 10Upload Bkah Blah.

Hosting: 50-200$ / month. (or more if you are getting big fast)
Paid scripts: ~400-800$ one time payment
Probably free scripts that work good but dunno where to find and probably very much modifications needed and putting together a lot of different scripts.

These are the numbers I seen.
 
It Depends On What Filehost Will You Start
1) With Affiliate Program Then You Will Need Some Buckets Near 10K$ To Make A Quality One
2) Without Affiliate Program Then You Can Begin With A Quality Script Not Xfilesharing Script & At Least 1 Server But Make Sure That You Allow Good Speed For Free Users & I think with Resume Ability Like MediaFire << I Hate Them :D <<

That's All I Think ...... But Don't Ignore DMCA Or You Will Become Like DuckLoad << I Was Love Them << :D
 
Another thing get hosting in Russia & do not use a .com .net or .org domain I would use maybe .info I am not to sure these are safe .biz .se .me .ws .int .ru
 
lol To Be Sure ..... DuckLoad Was Germany Servers But they Get Arrested So There's No Thing like that in DMCA So you Better Response To The DMCA Within I think 2 - 3 Days At Most

Germany = Netherland = Russia = Switzerland = EU

But Russia Servers Sometimes Become Sucks :)

Yeah it's not as hard as everybody is making out - if you get the right server, storage, you can start small and expand or add SANs/NASs as you grow. but as I said - it costs to start.
 
I am seriously thinking to open it.But i dont have any idea about servers,web design,scripts...etc.And i know it is not true time because i dont have much money.I mean i cant be as good as filesonic,oron...etc companies.And i am honest one and i cant lie to people,i cant steal people's money.Because i am also uploader.Eveyone is looking for a good host,fast host,honest hosts.This should be team work.and partners can handle about it.In fact i need more info about how many people i need,what should they do,web designers,script writers...etc.Hope to tell you correctly what is on my mind.
 
look guys if you are seriously you will need to know whats uploaders and downloaders like so i will mention some tips :
1-use a professional script so in our mind we will say "ohh this filehost is good"
2-give unlimited storage like filesonic .
3-give a good ppd and pps >
4-dont scam or shave downloads to keep users trust in you .
5-there is many many tips .
but about money you will need like 5000$ (i think) That .
