How much my site worth? Need help

Can someone tells me how much site w4rez.org is worth? I have offer to sell site for 350$. Site is 4 stars rated on katz, has Google PR 2 (in next rating would get PR 3). It has about 5k members and daily about 10 000 visits.

Thank you guys, but I think that I'll not sell it. To get 4 stars on Katz I'll need more than 1 year and 300e is not something, so I'm pretty sure that I'll not sell it. I'm warez addict, so I think I'll not be able to live without my site (
