"How much can it handle?" - Kind of Question

I'm about to get my new toy setup. Specs:

• 2x E5-2690s (Ranked #1 in CPU performance as of today)
• 64GB DDR3
• 24x3TB RAID10
• 2Gbps Unmetered

And I want to know how much of this it can handle:

• Serving downloads (MP4, MKV, AVI, an OGG) via NGiNX
• Encode MKV, AVI, and OGG to MP4 for straming via NGiNX
• Download and upload (10 KB/sec cap) torrents via Torrent Tornado (python scripts)

All at the same time.
